Right of Withdrawal for IT Training and Seminars

You can enquire about IT training and seminars by phone or through the contact form. An enquiry is non-binding. Content, format, date and price are agreed individually; a contract is formed only upon acceptance of the offer as agreed.

This notice concerns paid live IT training and seminars for consumers under distance contracts or contracts concluded off-premises, insofar as a statutory right of withdrawal exists. It is not intended as a general notice for recordings, downloads or other digital content sold separately. A scheduled date alone is not treated here as excluding the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.

For paid services, the right of withdrawal expires only once the service has been fully performed, if, before performance began, you expressly consented to its commencement before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed. For contracts concluded off-premises, consent must be provided on a durable medium.

Payment for services already provided following withdrawal requires an express request for early commencement and proper prior information; for contracts concluded off-premises, the request must also be made on a durable medium. Merely agreeing to these terms or attending the first seminar session does not replace these declarations.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you can fill in and return this form. It may be copied and sent by email; a signature is required only for a notification on paper.
