The controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) is Klaus Schlender. If you have questions about the processing of your personal data or the exercise of your rights, you can use the contact details above.
2. Hosting and Own Infrastructure
The technical infrastructure uses netcup GmbH (Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe), STRATO GmbH (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin) and an in-house server environment with a fibre-optic connection. Depending on the service actually used, website content, connection data, communication data and backups may be processed there. The fibre-optic connection is a technical connection, not a separate analytics service.
Provider information: netcup privacy policy and STRATO privacy policy.
The provision and security of the website are based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; where data is processed in connection with steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO also applies.
3. Connection Data and Server Logs
When you access the website, technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time, the requested URL, browser information, operating system and, where applicable, referrer are transmitted to the servers involved. They are used to deliver the website, analyse errors and maintain its security (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
4. Contact Enquiries
If you contact us by email, phone or contact form, the information you provide is used to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, and otherwise Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO for handling the communication.
The contact form uses WPForms and collects your name, email address, company (optional), project type and project description or seminar enquiry. The enquiry is sent to quantumsolution@itlerhilfe.de. WP Mail SMTP with STRATO is used to transport email. No automatic confirmation email is sent to the person making the enquiry.
Form enquiries may be stored in the access-restricted WordPress area; authorised persons have access to process them. Technical connection data such as IP address, browser information and time may also be processed through the form. Information remains stored for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or as long as statutory retention grounds apply. It is then deleted. Statutory retention obligations for business and contract records remain unaffected.
5. Abuse Prevention and Backups
WPForms checks submissions and uses an integrated safeguard against automated or abusive enquiries. Technical security characteristics and connection data are processed in the course of this. The legal basis for secure operation and spam prevention is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. No external CAPTCHA services are integrated into this form.
Backups may contain data for longer than the active form storage. Separate retention and deletion cycles apply to backups; they are not used for the ongoing handling of enquiries.
6. Cookies and Access to End Devices
WordPress administrator login and administration functions may use technically necessary cookies. Necessary access to end devices is governed by § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG; the processing of personal data is additionally governed by the applicable legal basis under the DSGVO. Non-essential cookies or comparable technologies must not be used without prior consent where such consent is required (§ 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
This website does not use marketing or analytics services.
Polylang uses the pll_language cookie to store the language selection and assign requests to the selected language. It contains a language code, not an individual tracking identifier. It is stored for one year. The cookie is used solely for the language function, not for advertising or analysing browsing behaviour.
On first visits, this website displays a cookie banner (Ultimate GDPR & CCPA) with an accept action; the consent is stored as a cookie on your device and can be withdrawn at any time.
You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time. The following button removes the cookie consent stored on this device; the cookie banner will then reappear so that you can make a new choice.
7. Media, Fonts and External Links
Videos, images, SVG illustrations and the 3D viewer are delivered from this website. In addition to system fonts, locally stored font files are used. Google Fonts are served from the site's own server with the help of OMGF Pro. When you visit this website, these fonts are not fetched from Google servers; loading the fonts therefore does not establish a connection to Google. Loading files involves the connection data described in section 3. Reduced Motion and a supported data-saving mode prevent background videos from loading automatically.
Merely displaying an external link does not automatically establish a connection to the linked provider. If you open it, the privacy policy of the destination website applies. External video, map or tracking services are not embedded on this website.
8. Recipients and International Transfers
Access is granted only to persons and service providers to the extent necessary for the purposes described and legally permissible. The requirements of Art. 28 DSGVO apply to processors. Disclosure may also take place pursuant to statutory obligations. Transfers outside the EEA require compliance with the conditions of Art. 44 ff. DSGVO.
9. Retention Periods and Your Rights
Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the respective purpose and by legal obligations. Once the purpose ceases to apply, the data is deleted unless statutory retention obligations or other permissible grounds prevent this.
Subject to the DSGVO, you have rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Objection under Art. 21 DSGVO: If processing is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time; this also applies to related profiling.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO), in particular in the place of your habitual residence, your workplace or the place of the alleged infringement. For North Rhine-Westphalia: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit NRW.
10. Security and Separate Services
The website uses HTTPS. Technical and organisational safeguards are intended to prevent unauthorised access; absolute security, particularly for email communication, is not promised.
This website does not process customer accounts, invoice downloads or online payments. For separately agreed services, you will receive the applicable data protection information.
